HOW TO BUY -  ORDERING PROCESS

 

We are currently in the process of developing our shop cart.  To make a purchase please follow the steps below. We thank you in advance for your patience while our e-commerce engine is under construction.

 

1. Email orders@uyenuyendesigns.com for all purchases. Please include the following information in the body of the text:

- item style number (located on the detailed product page)

- item style name  

- item amount

- discount code (if applicable)

- delivery date  (4 days, 2 days, next day) 

- gift wrap option (add $7)

- shipping address, telephone

2. We will send you an email confirmation within 48 hours with the details of your order.

 

3. Payment options: Paypal is Uyen-Uyen Designs' secured authorized payment processor for your credit card transactions. However, if you do not have a Paypal account, you will still have an option to purchase products with your credit card or by check. Uyen-Uyen Designs accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks.

 

a note on shipping: all designs are handmade to order at Uyen-Uyen Designs. We will process all orders within 48 hours of receiving your request. Once we have completed processing your order, please allow a standard 5 to 8 business  days for shipping and delivery of your order. Delivery for custom and special order pieces may vary. In the event that you require a rush order, please contact us at orders@uyenuyendesigns.com and we will make every attempt to expedite your request. FedEx is the shipping carrier for Uyen-Uyen Designs. All packages are insured. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with your FedEx tracking number.
