PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Each piece at Uyen-Uyen Designs is handmade with exquisite care and lovingly packaged for our clients. Our exclusive designs incorporate 14karat gold, 18karat gold and sterling silver. Each creation uses the the highest quality precious and semi-precious gemstones (AAA). You may find that some pieces will vary slightly due to availability and natural variation in the gemstones.
JEWELRY CARE:
To properly care for your jewelry and ensure that they have a wonderful life with you, we recommended putting on jewelry after you have applied your perfume and lotions. The alcohol and chemicals contained in hair products and fragrances can be unfriendly on gemstones and metals. We recommend storing your jewelry in sealed bags to slow the natural process of oxidation of gold and silver. Polishing cloths (or anti-tarnish cloths) are excellent for fine jewelry as they remove tarnish on both silver and gold.
PAYMENT:
Uyen-Uyen Designs accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks. We do not currently accept cash or money orders. Your credit card will only be charged at the time you complete and submit your online purchase. Paypal is Uyen-Uyen Designs' secured authorized payment processor for your credit card transactions. However, if you do not have a paypal account, you will still have an option to purchase products with your credit card or by check.
SECURITY:
Your online credit card transactions are secure, to the best of our ability, at www.uyenuyendesigns.com. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. Making a credit card purchase is just as safe on our website as it is by telephone.
SALES TAX:
Uyen-Uyen Designs charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All designs are handmade to order at Uyen-Uyen Designs. We will process all order within 24 hours or receiving your request. Once we have completed processing your order, please allow a standard 5 to 8 days for shipping and delivery of order. Delivery for custom and special order pieces may vary. In the event that you require a rush order, please contact us at orders@uyenuyendesigns.com and we will make every attempt to expedite your request.
Fedex is the shipping carrier for Uyen-Uyen Designs. All packages are insured. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with your Fedex tracking number.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Every piece at Uyen-Uyen Designs is created and made to order with great care. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please send an email to orders@uyenuyendesigns.com. Please SEND BACK THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT FOR RETURN within 48 hours from receiving your order. Returns are only accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN OR ALTERED and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted on SPECIAL ORDERS OR CUSTOM ORDERS. Returns are accepted only via Fedex or UPS. Please keep the tracking numbers. We currently do not refund shipping and handling charges. Please insure the returned piece since we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.
To exchange an item, please send an email to orders@uyenuyendesigns.com within 7days of receiving your piece. The original piece must be returned in it original packaging before an exchange can be completed. Please insure the returned piece since we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to orders@uyenuyendesigns.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy. If you would like to purchase a different product, we will be happy to assist you.
REPAIR:
In the event that your item becomes damaged during shipment or normal wear, we will repair the item free of charge during the first 30 days. Afterwards, all repairs will be assessed a small material and shipping charge.
INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Uyen-Uyen Designs harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fee, arising from or related to your use of this site.
COLORS:
We have made every effort to accurately represent the color and clarity of our product. However, due to the color calibrations of your monitor, you may see variations between the colors displayed your monitor and the actual color of our piece.

The prices displayed on this site are exclusive to Uyen-Uyen Designs and valid in U.S. dollars only. The prices for our pieces at select retail boutiques are at the sole discretion of the boutiques and is not regulated by Uyen-Uyen Designs, Inc. We provide accurate information to the best of our ability on the materials utilized in our products. We are not held responsible for any product description deemed inaccurate or if our supply source provides us with inaccurate information.
